I have booked the room for five days with my wife. Beds were being comfortable and the room was always pretty clean. The employees were very helpful and welcoming and always made us feel like home. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and also the shower was excellent. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Wonderful hotel, anything is very near. Employees are tremendous friendly and well prepared and speak good English. There are actually activities each and every evening and it´s a good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed everyday. Only thing was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s very slight. Good value for the price!

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members in the reception were there at any time. The beds were comfortable and the people in the hotel were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Really wonderful hotel and great location. Surely will advise Hotel Complex Yalta-Intourist!
